Teilnahmebedingungen für das Gewinnspiel „Reise nach Hongkong“

Der Gewinner kann eine Begleitperson benennen. Die Begleitperson muss sämtliche Reise-, Einreise- und Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen. Für die Begleitperson gelten diese Teilnahmebedingungen entsprechend. Die Benennung der Begleitperson hat innerhalb der vom Veranstalter mitgeteilten Frist zu erfolgen.

Der Gewinner und die Begleitperson sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, sämtliche für die Reise erforderlichen Voraussetzungen zu erfüllen und die erforderlichen Dokumente rechtzeitig zu beschaffen.

Hierzu gehören insbesondere:

Für die Besichtigung der Produktionsstätte gelten die jeweiligen Sicherheits-, Zutritts- und Verhaltensvorschriften vor Ort.

Den Anweisungen der verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter ist Folge zu leisten.

Der Veranstalter sowie der Betreiber der Produktionsstätte behalten sich vor, den Zugang zu bestimmten Bereichen einzuschränken oder Foto-, Video- und Filmaufnahmen ganz oder teilweise zu untersagen.

Die Gewinnerermittlung erfolgt nach Ablauf des Gewinnspielzeitraums per Zufallsprinzip unter allen gültigen Teilnahmen.

Der Gewinner wird per E-Mail und/oder telefonisch benachrichtigt.

Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen nach Versand der Gewinnbenachrichtigung zurück, verfällt der Gewinnanspruch. Der Veranstalter ist in diesem Fall berechtigt, einen Ersatzgewinner zu ermitteln.
