Management Team

Igor Mikulina, born in 1963, is co-founder, shareholder and managing director of the in 1999 founded MicroStep Europa GmbH as well as in the 2024 founded ACCURL Europe GmbH. At MicroStep Europa he is responsible for the strategic business field "Digitalization and Industry 4.0". Against this background as well as others, Mikulina is also the co-founder and CEO of the Industry Business Network 4.0 e.V., an association formed in 2016, in which innovative medium-sized companies cooperate in the field of Industry 4.0. In addition, Igor Mikulina is president of the board of the IndustryFusion Foundation, which among other things promotes the creation of open source software for smart factory networking solutions.

Johannes Ried, born in 1985, started 2012 directly after his studies of information-oriented business administration at the University of Augsburg as an employee in the sales department of MicroStep Europa GmbH – the responsible ACCURL dealer for all German-speaking European countries. Since August 2018 he is managing director and shareholder of MiroStep Europa GmbH and 2024 he founded together with his partners Igor Mikulina and Li Zhonghua (Cameron Lee) the ACCURL Europe GmbH. In both companies he is responsible for the entire operative business. In addition, Johannes Ried is vice president of the board of the IndustryFusion Foundation, which among other things promotes the creation of open source software for smart factory networking solutions. And Johannes Ried is a member of the board of the  Industry Business Network 4.0 e.V., an association formed in 2016, in which innovative medium-sized companies cooperate in in the field of Industry 4.0. Johannes Ried has been a member of the advisory board of the world's leading trade fair SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN since 2022 – since 2024 he has been chairman of the advisory board.

Cameron Lee (Chinese birth name: Li Zhonghua), born in 1988, started working in the family-owned production company –  ACCURL CNC Machine Tools (Anhui) Co., Ltd. – directly after completing his master's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation at Nanjing University of Technology. After several positions in sales, in his role as vice president of global business development and managing director, he played a key role in making ACCURL one of the top 10 manufacturers of bending and laser cutting solutions worldwide. Since May 2024, he has been given overall responsibility for the global company –  in his role as CEO, he continues to tirelessly drive the ACCURL Group's growth path.
