At the ACCURL headquarters in Anhui, eastern China, there is a highly efficient, intelligent and green factory with a production area of 61,300 m² and outdoor and administrative areas of around 3,200 m² each. The design and intelligent layout of the new factory were developed by the Technical University of Berlin together with the renowned design institute TIANYI ARCHIITECTURE.

The production capacity of the plant is around 1000 systems per year in total, including laser cutting systems and CNC press brakes. The modern, environmentally friendly smart factory combines digital manufacturing, intelligent technology and green energy.

Thanks to energy-saving and low-emission production methods combined with green energy generation, the factory saves around 825 tons of carbon dioxide, 271 tons of standard coal and 225 tons of smoke and dust annually compared to conventional industrial production. The new facility is not only environmentally friendly and features temperature-controlled, dust-free production – thanks to intelligent welding robot capabilities and fully digitally networked production equipment, including a powerful MES manufacturing system, ACCURL achieves maximum flexibility to efficiently handle both serial orders and quickly and accurately fulfill special requests.

The state-of-the-art factory also houses the Quality Inspection Department, which strengthens the high standards of quality control to ensure that customers' exacting demands are met through continuous innovation and improvement.
