The standard version of the SMART series features modern CNC control technology from Delem. The latest DA Touch generation impresses with its ease of use and particularly efficient programming—ideal for productive work. Alternatively, control systems from ESA or Cybelec can also be integrated on request to meet specific customer requirements.

In the standard version, the backgauge of this series has two CNC-controlled axes (X and R). The fence fingers are positioned automatically via the CNC program. The robust design ensures maximum repeat accuracy and precise axis movements. For greater flexibility in programming and part machining, the series can be optionally expanded with two additional axes (Z1 and Z2).

Thanks to the most advanced 3D CAD modeling techniques, including analysis tools, stresses and deformations can be virtually simulated during the design phase and reduced to a minimum as a result. The EuroMaster series is also characterized by a particularly high level of process reliability during operation: Only the highest quality components from well-known brand manufacturers such as Siemens, Heidenhain and Hoerbiger are used.

The SMART series also has central lubrication, which ensures smooth and therefore long-lasting precision operation of the press brake, as well as air conditioning technology for the control cabinet, which ensures process reliability even at higher ambient temperatures.

The high-precision EVO-GO^® electrohydraulic system works in conjunction with the CNC-controlled ACCURL Pro^® bending system and compensates for structural deformations that occur during the bending process. This ensures that the desired bending angle is achieved reliably and evenly over the entire bending length. Both technologies are already integrated as standard in the SMART series.

The SMART press brake has a clearly visible laser safety barrier. The LazerSafe^® safety system reliably prevents jamming between the upper and lower tools. The machine movement adapts intelligently: the speed is only reduced in the critical area – outside this area, the process runs at full speed. This ensures optimum protection for the operator while saving valuable time.
