Romonta develops and manufactures conveyor belts and platforms for the food industry for large food manufacturers in Europe and the rest of the world. In order to be able to produce faster and more independently, the company recently invested in a TubeLINE laser from ACCURL. Thanks to this step, Romonta now has greater control over quality, delivery times, and flexibility in its production process.
For over 70 years, the metal processor has been manufacturing primarily underground systems and waste containers for its customers in the construction segment. Since the end of 2023, cutting has been carried out using the MasterLINE laser cutting system, a high-performance performer from ACCURL with an automatic shuttle table.

The MasterLINE is a high-performance solution designed for precise and efficient 2D laser cutting. Available in cutting areas ranging from 1,500 x 3,000 mm to 2,500 x 12,000 mm, it accommodates a wide variety of applications, including large-format sheet processing. Equipped with laser sources up to 60 kW, the system ensures exceptional speed and efficiency, even for thicker materials.
