ACCURL Europe presents the new X-Series

One platform – four machine concepts for every production environment

The SMART Cube X is the most compact version of the new platform and is designed for manufacturing companies where precision is required but space is at a premium. Despite its small dimensions, it offers a remarkably high level of efficiency and accuracy that is rarely found in this machine class. The system is ideal for companies that pursue high quality standards but at the same time need to remain flexible, for example in urban industrial parks or in established production structures with limited floor space. The series offers a working area of up to 1,500 x 3,000 mm and can be equipped with a laser source of up to 12 kW for 2D cutting.

The SmartLINE X bridges the gap between cost-effectiveness, high performance and growth. The 2D laser cutting system is equipped with an automated shuttle table and is targeted at companies that want to reliably increase their production at manageable investment costs and take it to a new level. The SmartLINE X is the ideal entry-level machine for all companies looking for a system that can produce quickly and highly efficiently – making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized companies that want to take the next step towards automation and process optimization. The series offers a working area of up to 6,000 x 2,500 mm and can be equipped with laser sources of up to 30 kW.

At the top of the new platform is the MasterLINE X, which, as the high-end machine in the series, has been consistently designed for maximum dynamics, precision and performance. With its extremely high acceleration values, outstanding processing speeds and the ability to map both 2D and 3D cutting processes, it is ideally suited for industries where speed and accuracy are the most important competitive advantages. The MasterLINE X brings these properties to perfection and is therefore particularly suitable for companies with a massive volume of parts, demanding contours or particularly high material thicknesses. In addition, material handling to and from the series can be perfectly automated due to the special shuttle table design. The MasterLINE X is also available in the high-power range up to 60 kW with a working area of up to 8,000 x 2,500 mm.

The SMART Giant X was developed for large industrial formats and XXL material cuts. It covers the field of XXL sheet metal processing and enables users to process extremely large sheet metal sizes efficiently and precisely. The SMART Giant X is therefore the optimal solution for industries such as heavy steel construction, shipbuilding or plant engineering, in which exceptionally large workpieces are part of everyday life. It combines huge working areas with high performance and the ability to use both 2D and 3D laser cutting technology. The system is available as standard with a working area of up to 3,000 x 15,000 mm. However, the length can even be extended to 42,000 mm if necessary. Laser sources of up to 60 kW are also available here for cutting extremely large material thicknesses.

Digitalization at the highest level: IndustryFusion Ready and XANA AI

The X-Series was not only developed as a machine family, but is optionally available as a completely digital manufacturing platform. The X-Series is IndustryFusion Ready and can therefore be easily integrated into networked Smart Factory environments. The machines provide real-time information on energy consumption, capacity utilization, process stability, machine statuses and relevant performance parameters. This enables manufacturing companies to achieve unprecedented transparency, which has a direct impact on profitability, planning reliability and process quality.

With the integrated XANA AI Engine, ACCURL Europe is taking another step towards innovation.
