Maximum automation capability
The optional ATL loading system for the TubeLINE BK series works fully automatically and requires no mechanical intervention – even when switching to a new production batch. However, for small batch sizes that need to be interposed in the production process, for example, there is always the option of feeding the load manually – piece by piece.
Users can insert the load in all defined standard sizes and start series production immediately with very little manual effort. Pipes, square and rectangular profiles as well as open profiles or I- or H-beams are simply inserted and then transported to the waiting area for length measurement and determination of the cutting sequence.

Smooth and fast batch changeover
Once a batch size has been completed, the machine adjusts seamlessly to the next production task: The loading system, the chucks and the supporting pipe supports automatically adapt to the different material geometries.

Connection of robot and storage solutions
The design of the loading system enables fast and seamless integration of external robot loading systems and fully automated storage solutions.
Semi-automatic loading system
As an alternative to the fully automatic ATL loading system, a semi-automatic SAT loading system is also available as an option for the TubeLINE BK series: Here, individual tubes and profiles are loaded and transported via conveyor belts for automated clamping.
